Assorted Braised Rice

Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked and diced in advance, carrots and ham are diced, and the rice is washed twice (if brown rice is used, soak for two or three hours in advance)

Press the cooking button on the rice cooker, add a little oil after warming up, add mushrooms and ham and stir-fry, cover for half a minute

Continue to add carrots, peas and shovel for about half a minute, sprinkle a little salt and mix well. You can add light soy sauce first, depending on personal preference.

Pour in the washed rice and mix the rice and vegetables with a spatula.

Pour in the right amount of water, the amount of water is just below the food
