Assorted Celery

Wash and dice celery

Dice the cabbage (the same length as the celery)

North tofu diced

Add water and salt to the pot and boil, pour in the diced vegetables, turn off the heat, soak for 5 seconds, remove the cold water, control the water for later use

Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and sesame oil to the diced vegetables after water control (don’t pour out the vegetable water, it will be used later)

Pour the cold oil in the cold pot and fry the peanuts to make it crispy and remove it to cool

Tofu diced in the original pot

Fry until the surface is dark yellow and hard, then remove
9.
Quickly pour it into the vegetables (the crispy fried tofu will inhale the soup quickly)

When eating, pour in the fried peanuts, mix well and serve
Tips:
1: Fried peanuts must be fried with cold oil and low fire to make them crispy.
2: Tofu cubes should be deep-fried until the surface becomes hard and deep yellow.
3: Do not pour out the vegetable water. The fried tofu cubes will quickly absorb the soup after being poured into it, making the tofu cubes tasteful.
