Assorted Chopped Peppers

Ingredients: chopped peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, loofah, carrots, onions, green peppers (missed), black fungus (missed).

Dice all the ingredients for use.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

Add chopped pepper and stir fry
5.
Add diced carrots and sauté on low heat until they are broken

Add the loofah, green pepper, onion and stir-fry well
7.
Add the fungus, cook with a little water, and stir-fry on medium heat
8.
Finally add cucumbers and tomatoes
9.
Season with salt and MSG. Stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat, take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
If you don’t have chopped peppers, you can use other peppers or chili sauce instead. But there are still changes in taste.
