Assorted vegetarian dishes are home-cooked dishes. Since it is called assorted dishes, there should be at least 3 kinds of ingredients, 5-6 kinds are suitable, too much is a bit messy. But how to make vegetarian assorted is the best, mainly according to your own taste habits to match and cook.

Assorted Chopped Peppers

1. Ingredients: chopped peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, loofah, carrots, onions, green peppers (missed), black fungus (missed).

2. Dice all the ingredients for use.

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

4. Add chopped pepper and stir fry

5. Add diced carrots and sauté on low heat until they are broken

6. Add the loofah, green pepper, onion and stir-fry well

7. Add the fungus, cook with a little water, and stir-fry on medium heat

8. Finally add cucumbers and tomatoes

9. Season with salt and MSG. Stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat, take out the pan and serve.

Tips:

If you don’t have chopped peppers, you can use other peppers or chili sauce instead. But there are still changes in taste.
