Assorted Egg Fried Rice

Wash cucumbers and carrots and cut into small cubes.

Dice the ham sausage.

Add a little salt and water to the eggs and beat them in a clockwise direction.

Heat the oil in the pan on medium heat, add the egg mixture when it is 60% hot, stir fry while heating, fry and serve.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add carrots and ham and stir fry for a while.
6.
Add the rice and stir fry until the rice is loose.
7.
Add the cucumber and stir fry for a while.
8.
Add the eggs and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
9.
Add salt and stir well.
Tips:
1 Do not put the egg mixture at a high temperature, and stir-fry quickly to loosen it.
3 For the rice with egg fried rice, overnight rice is better.
4 Remember not to put MSG in the egg fried rice, there will be no umami taste of eggs if MSG is put in.
