Assorted Egg Fried Rice

Boil corn and green peas, drain and set aside

Heat the pot on high heat to 7 mature, add a little cooking oil, pour in the egg liquid, stir fry a little, reduce the heat

After adding rice, turn to high heat and stir fry quickly. Roll the rice balls together, stir-fry the rice and turn down the heat

Add corn and green peas, turn to high heat, quickly stir-fry for a few times, then add salt, XO hoisin sauce (or other condiments).
Tips:
The egg fried rice uses homemade XO seafood sauce. I specially waited until the November holiday one month after the opening of the sea. I asked my friends to send fresh scallops and sea rice from Yantai, Shandong Province, so they are especially delicious.
