Assorted Fried Rice

Beat 2 eggs with a little salt, set aside the mixed vegetables, and dice the red sausage.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat it up, and pour the eggs.

The scrambled eggs are crushed. Sheng out and set aside.

Stir-fry mixed vegetables with a little oil left in the pot and add a little water to prevent the pot from sticking. The fried mixed vegetables are placed in the egg bowl.
