Beat the eggs first, add less water and fry the eggs to make them softer

Dice bacon and shiitake mushrooms separately

Shrimp should be peeled off the back and then cut into chunks

Tips:
1. When the ingredients are ready, they should be sautéed one by one for later use; 2. The rice should be cooked over a low heat and less oil, and then stir-fry the prepared ingredients together.
