Pancakes with Green Sauce

Take 500g noodles and 100g barley young green juice powder and put them in a basin.

Take 3 eggs and smash the eggshells and place them in a flour bowl.

Add a small amount of water and salt in one direction and stir well.

Leave the stirred noodles for about 3 minutes.

Turn on medium heat, use a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, pour a little oil, and pour the batter from the middle.

Tips:
1. It is better to use cold water for making noodles. 2. Pour the batter down from the center. The poured batter spreads out irregularly to prove that the batter is too thick. Add water to the batter.
Once the thinned batter is poured, it will spread out evenly, and the batter will flow quickly when the pan is shaken.
