Different Waffles

In addition to the red bean paste, other materials are poured into the bread machine together, a kneading process (30-45 minutes), until the dough is stretched out.

Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 10 hours, until the fermentation is twice as big and take out the dough.

Divide the dough into 9 equal parts, knead round, cover with plastic wrap and proof for 10 minutes.

Take out a small dough, press it into a pie, wrap it in an appropriate amount of red bean filling, pinch it tightly and round it, and place it down.

Do them one by one and wake up at room temperature for half an hour. Prolong the proofing time in winter or low temperature.

Preheat the waffle maker, put in the dough, and bake with the lid for 2-3 minutes until you smell the fragrance.

The color as shown in the picture is just fine.
