I got off work early today, there was no one at home, and the old man took the children out for a walk. I finally had time to be quiet, and I wanted to make something for my children. There are ready-made leeks and mince at home, just make a crispy meat pie!

Crispy Meatloaf

1. Wash the leeks and chives with water

2. Add water, flour and slightly soft dough in batches, cover with a damp cloth and wake up for 20 minutes, this time you can adjust the filling!

3. Wake up good noodles, very chewy!

4. The mince is bought at 28 or 37, mine is taken out of the refrigerator, so I break it up first.

5. Add warm water to beat up and add eggs to beat!

6. Add sesame oil and continue to beat, then add salt chicken thirteen fragrant oyster sauce!

7. Finely chop the leeks and chives, add in and mix well!

8. Knead the noodles when you wake up, take a quarter, knead well, and prepare to roll the skin!

9. Roll out as much as possible!

10. Take a quarter of the meat and spread it evenly on the dough, then cut two equal signs in the middle of the dough, and fold the dough into nine layers. Because of the hand, I didn't take a picture in this step!

11. Put a little oil in the pan, heat the pan, put the cake in, press it slightly with your hands, cover the lid and fry!

12. Fry on one side and turn it over, and fry on the other side, still cover the lid on a small fire!

13. All four pancakes are ready to be eaten!

Tips:

It's good to cook and eat, the outside is burnt and the inside is tender, the child's favorite!
