Assorted Fried Rice

1. Wash and cut the ingredients: corn, celery, onion, black fungus, bacon, dried shrimp and green onion.

2. Hot oil pan.

3. Pour the corn kernels.

4. Cover the pot.

5. Simmer the cooked corn for 2 minutes, remove the lid, remove the corn kernels and set aside.

6. Fry diced celery and set aside.

7. Fry the onion diced and set aside.

8. Fry the fungus and set aside.

9. Fry the bacon diced and set aside.

10. Heat up a frying pan, pour the dried shrimps and sauté until fragrant.

11. Low heat, pour the rice and mix well.

12. Pour all the ingredients into the pot and mix well.

13. Add some light soy sauce to taste.

14. Add chopped green onion.
