The wild red shrimps are thawed naturally at room temperature. Because I was in a hurry to cook, I thaw it with cold

Prepare the right amount of mixed vegetables, peel and slice garlic

Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic slices

Add assorted vegetables and stir-fry until they are ripe

Add shrimp, salt, soy sauce and stir fry. I don’t think the prawns have any fishy smell, so there is no fishy seasoning like cooking wine.
