Assorted Fruit Pudding

Cut each fruit into small pieces.

Add sugar to the water and bring to a boil. Slowly add the agar powder and stir while cooking until it is transparent. Turn off the heat, add vanilla extract and stir well.

Add half of the boiled sugar water to the container, wait for the water temperature to drop, and add the fruit pieces.

Add the fruit to the mouth of the cup, then pour the sugar water until the cup is full. Let cool and serve.
Tips:
The sugar water boiled with agar powder is easy to solidify, the third and fourth steps should be fast
