Assorted Lamb's Tail Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: Cucumber.

Black fungus (already soaked).

Carrot shreds, lamb's tail bamboo shoots.

Remove the soaked black fungus and wash it out.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into silk, set aside.

Wash the cucumber.

Place it on the chopping board and cut it into thick strands. Set aside.

Then, put the carrot shreds and black fungus into boiling water, blanch them and remove them.

Combine cucumber, carrot shreds and black fungus.

Then, add some salt, MSG, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil.
