Assorted Meatballs

Mash the white tofu with a spoon and set aside.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms, remove the roots, cut into small pieces, and set aside.

Wash the carrots and rub shreds for later use.

Wash the coriander and chop it for later use.

Add green onion, ginger, light soy sauce, and salt to the meat, stir well, and set aside.

Spread the ingredients on the tofu, pour some cooking oil and salt, and set aside.

Stir all the ingredients evenly and set aside

Put the cooking oil in the pan after heating, add the raw balls when the oil is 70% or 80% hot, and fry them until they are ripe.

The meatballs are tender on the outside and can be eaten cold or hot.
