Assorted Pizza with Quail Eggs

Flour, yeast, sugar, oil, and appropriate amount of warm water are mixed together to form a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place.

Roll the fermented dough into a circle

Put it in a greased pizza pan, fork some holes with a fork, and let it sit for 20 minutes

Green and red peppers, diced pumpkin, blanched corn and peas, and sliced mushrooms

Prepare quail eggs

Put a layer of pizza sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Put a variety of diced vegetables, quail eggs on top

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Put it in the preheated oven, and heat the middle layer up and down to 190 degrees, 15 minutes

Out of the oven, there will be a short break, and roast for an extra minute, the color is a little bit too late
