[Prawn mashed pot] The taste is very, very delicious, in the words of others: "Fresh eyebrows" are too fresh! The soup is made with sliced ham and mushrooms. The sweetness of the mushrooms is mixed into the soup. Then, tofu and carrots are added. Finally, the prawns are added. The various ingredients are well integrated. This prawn mix is delicious and easy to make. Sweet assorted pot!

Assorted Prawns in Casserole

1. Prepare ingredients: cut soft tofu into cubes, peel and slice carrots

2. Sliced mushrooms

3. Cut off the prawns, cut off the black thread on the back, and slice the ham

4. Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger and garlic, add shrimp, stir fry until it turns red, pick up the shrimp and set aside

5. Stir fragrant ham slices in a wok, add cooking wine

6. Add mushroom slices and stir fry

7. Put 1.5 liters of water into the boil and turn to low heat for 15 minutes

8. Add tofu cubes and carrot slices and cook for 8-10 minutes

9. Then add the fried prawns to a boil, season with appropriate amount of salt, and sprinkle with coriander or diced green onions.

Tips:

1 The ham slices are salty, and the amount of salt is added according to the taste of each person.
2 The soft tofu tastes tender and smooth, do not turn it after putting it in, otherwise the tofu will be unsightly if it is broken.
