Assorted Sausage Bacon Grilled Dish
1.
Ingredients • Sausages (if possible, get some handmade sausages, they are too tasty, these are bought at @Fields甫田网) • Bacon (smoky, don’t hesitate) • Beetroot (or your favorite Root vegetables, it’s better to cut them in the microwave for 10 minutes before roasting) • Red apples • Pearl onions (or any onion you can buy) • Lemons • Salt • Ground black pepper • Two rosemary salads • Large leaves Lettuce (My favorite is butter lettuce. Others such as ball lettuce are also good. What? Chicory? Eh... Forget it...) • Crème fraîch (President brand has it, Carrefour sells it, and pure yogurt is also good) • Caper (capers, or pickled black olives with pits) • Walnuts, pistachios, cashews and other nuts, preferably mixed with two or more • Extra virgin olive oil (recommended to buy the best) • Sea salt
2.
Preheat the oven to 200C first. Roll up the sausage with bacon, stack a piece of roll, put various other ingredients into the pot, drizzle some olive oil (you don't need a lot, just let the meat and vegetables stick to the surface a little, don't stir), and put it on the hook Rosemary, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. If you like, you can also put some cumin, cinnamon, fennel seeds or other spices that you think will be delicious if you put it in, and finally rub some lemon shreds on it.
3.
Put the pot in the upper middle of the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until the bacon has turned into caramel color and the vegetables are slightly burnt. The temper of each oven is different. After 20 minutes, it is safe to check every 10 minutes, at least. .. The apples need to be roasted thoroughly, and some of them melt away before they are delicious!
4.
Prepare the salad! Put some nuts in a pot, heat it over medium heat, stir from time to time until the nuts are fragrant and golden brown, cool and mash them.
5.
Mix 2tbs Crème Fraîch, 1tbs EXV Oilve Oil, caper (squeezed by hand), a little more juice from the caper bottle, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of lemon juice. Stir until fully integrated, my favorite salad dripping!
6.
Pour some salad sauce on the big leaf lettuce, sprinkle some mixed nuts, cut the grilled sausages and bacon together into rounds, put them back in the pot with the soup and grease, and then a crispy salad, satisfying on!
