Assorted Seafood Pizza

Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and sugar to the flour, add yeast powder and mix well

Slowly add water and mix into a fluffy dough, then knead it into a smooth dough; cover it with a damp cloth and let it ferment

Cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes; cut the crispy sausage into small pieces, clean the squid and cut into small pieces of about one centimeter, add salt and rice wine to marinate

Add oil in a hot pan, add the onions, bell peppers, and squid with more moisture to stir-fry for tens of seconds.

The dough rises to twice its size. Then knead out bubbles to form a smooth dough
