Assorted Steamed Buns.

Prepare two leftover steamed buns and cut them into chunks about 1.5 cm

Salt the eggs and scatter

Pour the sliced steamed buns into a bowl containing egg mixture, so that each steamed bun is coated with egg mixture

Wash and dice cucumber

Diced onion

Diced ham

Scallions, chopped green onions, and ginger into thin strips

Heat the oil in a wok, pour the diced buns into it, stir fry, stir-fry until golden brown, serve and set aside

Pour a little oil in the pot, saute the onion and ginger, add the ham and fry until fragrant

Add cucumber and onion and fry until broken

Pour in the fried steamed buns and stir well, add salt and black pepper to taste

Just drop a few drops of chili juice to get out of the pot
Tips:
Fried steamed buns are best with leftover steamed bread
If you buy a new one, you can put the steamed buns in the freezer of the refrigerator for a while, so that you can cut them better.
