Assorted Steamed Buns.

1. Prepare two leftover steamed buns and cut them into chunks about 1.5 cm

2. Salt the eggs and scatter

3. Pour the sliced steamed buns into a bowl containing egg mixture, so that each steamed bun is coated with egg mixture

5. Diced onion

6. Diced ham
