Assorted Tofu

Ingredients: Tofu, Kidney Beans, Carrots, Mushrooms, Green Onions, Seasoning: Soy Sauce, Pepper Powder, Salt

Cut the tofu into small pieces and steam it in a pot (you can also choose not to steam, because the tofu itself is cooked)

Mushrooms soaked softly

Beans are boiled in salted water and removed to control dryness. Dice carrots, soak mushrooms and dice them.

Minced shallots and spare

Put oil in the pan, heat it up, pour in the beans, mushrooms and carrots and stir fry

Stir fry for a while, add soy sauce and a small amount of pepper

Put it in a bowl of water and boil it for a while

Cook until the beans, mushrooms and carrots are all soft and cooked. Use cornstarch to cook until thick, add some salt, and then pour evenly on the tofu.
Tips:
Beans are harder to cook than shiitake and carrots, so they should be boiled in water first, and then they can be cooked for about the same time.
After the beans are boiled in water, take them out and rinse with cold water to keep the beans green and the taste will be crisper
