Assorted Tofu Box

Cut the tofu into cubes and empty the middle with a small spoon

Dice shiitake mushrooms and white mushrooms, cut bacon into small slices, chopped green onion, mince ginger and set aside

Stir-fry the chopped green onion, minced ginger and bacon slices with hot sesame oil

Add diced shiitake mushrooms, diced white mushrooms, green beans, corn kernels, and tofu, stir and fry evenly

Pour in 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of five-spice powder, appropriate amount of sesame oil and stir-fry evenly
6.
Fill the tofu box with stuffing
7.
Put the tofu box in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes, then take it out and drizzle with a little sesame oil.
Tips:
1. Green beans and corn kernels need to be blanched first
