A simple vegetarian curry is actually very much like a stew. It is a big pot of stewed all kinds of dishes until they are delicious, hot and sour, just right with rice, and it tastes good without meat."

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the egg pie, cut the carrot into small thick slices, cut the potato into pieces, cut the cowpea, cut the okra into the hob block, and cut the winter melon into thick slices.
