Assorted Vegetarian Curry

Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the egg pie, cut the carrot into small thick slices, cut the potato into pieces, cut the cowpea, cut the okra into the hob block, and cut the winter melon into thick slices.

Stir-fry cowpea with appropriate amount of water,

Add carrots and potatoes, stir fry evenly,

Add okra and winter melon slices, stir evenly and add water to submerge the ingredients,

Break the red pepper and add it to it. If you like spicy food, you can add more.

Add the curry paste after the water is boiled,

This amount is usually just two tablespoons plus one small spoonful, and then squeeze in half of the lime juice.
