Astragalus Meat Bone Trotters

The materials are ready. Don't have more angelica, otherwise the taste will deteriorate.

Blanch the trotters and meat bones together, and put two teaspoons of white wine. Cook for a while to cook out the oil and froth. Then remove it and rinse with cold water.

Put the cleaned trotters and meat bones into a pressure cooker, and put astragalus, angelica, wolfberry, ginger slices, and shallots together. Add the right amount of salt, chicken essence, a little pepper and a little white wine.

Tips:
1. Astragalus and Angelica both have the effect of replenishing qi, so the amount should not be too much when used in the dish, especially Angelica.
2. In winter, other medicinal materials can be added, and it is better in spring.
