Astragalus Sheep Scorpion Soup

Sheep scorpion soaked in bleeding water

Boil the bleeding foam in a pot, remove it and rinse with running water

The cooking machine starts to warm up by itself

After preheating, put in the goat scorpion and appropriate amount of water, preferably with clear soup

Add astragalus, red dates, ginger slices and aniseed

Select the "steam and stew" function and set the time to 50 minutes

Add some cooking wine after boiling, cover the lid to continue the steaming function

After cooking for 30 minutes, put the sliced carrots in

After boiling again, add salt to taste, continue to steam and stew

When the time is up, don’t leave the pot right away and simmer for 10 minutes with the residual heat

I didn’t put my carrots at the beginning. I put them in after simmering for 30 minutes, so the finished product is still too bad
