As a native of Northeastern China, I grew up from snacking Northeastern cuisine. Not only can I cook Northeastern cuisine, I also guarantee that it is absolutely authentic. Because there are 4 older sisters in my family who are engaged in the restaurant industry, and they are all not small in the provincial capitals, I have time to learn art, and I learned the dishes that we Northeast people like to eat very well, but the photography is bad. Point, but it tastes great, if you like it, hurry up and learn:

Authentic Northeast Rotten Stew

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut the ingredients into hob pieces

3. Prepare scallions and garlic (because it is made at night, I did not put ginger, eating ginger at night is not good for health)

4. The oil on top of braised pork is added to the pot, which is very fragrant. You can also use fat lard or vegetable oil

5. Wash kidney beans and control dry, add them to the pot and stir fry

6. When frying, the surface loses moisture. This process takes about 10 minutes. Turn it over, otherwise it will stick to the pan.

7. Add the potatoes and continue to stir fry

8. Add the right amount of water, and the amount of water is level with the vegetables. Cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes

9. When the potatoes are almost cooked, add the eggplant and continue to stew with a lid

10. Add braised pork (you can't make it, you can buy ready-made canned food), pepper

11. If you want a beautiful color, you must add some tomato sauce (not tomato sauce, the two are different)

12. Add tomatoes, I just use one, add sharp peppers (no need to remove the tendons, a bit more spicy) taste the soup for yourself, add appropriate amount of sugar, salt, steamed fish soy sauce, light soy sauce

13. Add scallions and garlic before cooking, add extra coriander, stir, simmer for a minute, turn off the heat and add chicken essence

Tips:

Cucumber can also be added to this dish, which also has a special fragrance. Add the chopped green onion when you can eat it.
