Autumn Nourishing Product~tea Tree Mushroom Pigeon Soup
1.
Wash the pigeons, wash the tea tree mushrooms and soak the hair, slice the ginger, and cut the codonopsis into three slices.
2.
Pour all the ingredients into the pressure cooker (preferably a casserole, a pressure cooker that is not available at home), and submerge the ingredients with the water used to make the tea tree mushroom (the soup tastes stronger when the water is used to make the tea tree mushroom~!).
3.
After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and cook for 40 minutes. Put in an appropriate amount of salt (the salt should be put last, otherwise the pigeon meat will become firewood), and it is ready to eat.
