Autumn Recipe——【spicy Lotus Root Silk】

Peel the lotus root, cut it into slices along the eyes of the lotus root, then cut it into silk with a knife, and soak it in clean water to prevent oxidation and blackening. Remove the roots of the coriander, remove the old leaves and cut off.

When the pan is hot, pour the oil into it. When the oil is 30% hot, add the dried red chili peppers. Slowly stir fragrant over a low heat, then remove and set aside.

Add lotus root shreds and sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes.
