Avocado and Shrimp Salad

Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook for 3 minutes in boiling water.

Then cut the pumpkin into cubes, put them in, cook together for 3 minutes and remove them.

Remove the shells of the shrimps, put them in water and cook them until they change color.

Cut the avocado lengthwise.
5.
Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp and cut into cubes.

Scoop two spoons of sweet salad dressing.

Mix the above ingredients well.

Finally, put the salad in the avocado shell and sprinkle the crushed potato chips on the surface.
Tips:
1. Potatoes are boiled for a longer time to soften and taste good.
2. I use Copic for potato chips, but I still think it will be better if you have fun.
3. Put less salad dressing, you can see the color of the ingredients clearly, I put two tablespoons, it tastes very enjoyable.
