Avocado Scam
1.
Low powder is 200g, the original formula of soft white sugar is 40g, I added more avocado, so I added 50g, soaked powder 5g, butter 40g, milk original 90mL, I only used 34g, 1 avocado, 1 egg, 1g of salt is added.
2.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and peel.
3.
Cut the avocado into small pieces.
4.
Cut the butter into small cubes, put it in the low powder, and add the soaking powder together.
5.
Knead the low flour and butter into fine granules and loose powder. (There is little butter, and it won't be all granular when kneaded)
6.
Beat the eggs.
7.
Pour two-thirds of the egg liquid into the low-flour butter mixture.
8.
Add the soft sugar together, mix slightly, and add an appropriate amount of milk. Because there is still an amount of avocado, I only add part of the milk. Last time I added milk and eggs according to the original recipe. After adding it all at once, the dough was wet and not formed. This time it depends on the situation. About 34g of milk was used.
9.
Put the avocado diced in it and mix it a little bit without rubbing it too much.
10.
Put it into a larger fresh-keeping bag and use your hands to form a dough to blend the flour and avocado.
11.
Roll the dough into a sheet of about 1 cm through the plastic wrap.
12.
Use scissors to cut the cling film from above, and cut into a circle with a mold.
13.
The leftovers are mixed together, and the elastic barrier film is still rolled into about 1 cm thin slices, and then cut into a circle with the model. Finally, the remaining corners are slightly rounded and patted into pancakes with your hands.
14.
Put it on the baking tray, exactly one plate.
15.
Brush the remaining third of the egg liquid onto Scon.
16.
Used firewood eggs, brushed out of golden color.
17.
Preheat the oven up and down at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, and put the baking tray in the oven. Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes and serve. (Originally set to 20 minutes, by 15 minutes, Scone finished the coloring, decisively turn off the fire 😊)
18.
The finished product is golden in color, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. There is one missing on the left corner, it has been eaten by me😍
19.
Finished product.
20.
Finished product.
21.
It is as golden as a crab shell.
Tips:
When making scones, you should flexibly add the egg liquid and milk, and also consider whether you are adding dried or fresh fruits. Do not add them at once, otherwise it will not be good for shaping, and your hands will stick to the plastic wrap. Talking sweet.
