Baby's Favorite Arowana in Tomato Sauce

Thaw and drain the water in advance. Spread salt and black pepper evenly on the fish, then sprinkle with ginger and marinate for half an hour (the plate is small, I cut the fish in half). Dice tomatoes and set aside. Dice the shallots and set aside. Sweet and sour sauce: half a spoon of white vinegar, one spoon of sugar, one spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of steamed fish soy sauce, stir well and set aside

Pour a small amount of oil on the electric baking pan (it's not sticky, so you can put less oil), preheat and put in the marinated longli fish, fry until both sides are slightly yellow, put it on the plate, pick out the ginger.

Put the diced tomatoes in the pan and fry them (because they are for children, I didn’t put the oil)

Pour the sweet and sour sauce into the sauteed tomatoes. After the sugar has melted, add water and starch to thicken the soup. The soup is thick and the heat can be turned off.

Sprinkle the diced green onion on the fried longli fish, then pour the fried tomato sauce on it, and you're done!
Tips:
1 Salt has been added when marinating the fish fillet. Oyster sauce and steamed fish soy sauce also contain salt, so there is no more salt. If the taste is heavy, you can add a little salt
2 Don't take too long when frying the fish. Longli fish is easy to cook.
