Baby Carrot Noodles

Wash the carrots, cut into pieces, and steam.

Cut the carrots into small pieces and put them into the food processor, add some water, and prepare to puree.

Beat into fine carrot puree and take out for later use.

Take an appropriate amount of carrot puree and add it to the flour.

Stir gently with a spoon to form a flocculent.

Knead into a smooth dough with your hands.

Roll out into a moderately thick sheet.
