Baby Vegetable Braised Tofu

1. raw material:
One piece of tofu, 200G baby cabbage, 40 small strips of sea fish. Ingredients:
Coriander: three scallions: two

2. Wash the tofu and cut into thicker pieces, dice coriander and green onions, cut the roots of baby cabbage into small pieces, and cut the leaves into large pieces

3. Wash the bottom of the pot and pour a little oil into the hot pot

4. Boil in oil for 80% heat, add tofu and fry

5. After the tofu is fried on one side, turn to low heat and turn over and fry the other side

6. Fry the golden brown on both sides and leave it for later use

7. Put a little oil in the bottom of the pot and stir-fry the fish scent

8. 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, add water 1:1 and mix well

9. After the fragrant sea fish is fragrant, pour the seasoning of step 8. or boil it on low heat

10. Add tofu and stir well, still low heat

Tips:

After the tofu is fried on one side, be sure to turn to a low heat when frying the other side, otherwise the tofu will run out of juice, it will be old and firm when it is fried. . The taste will be very bad!



Light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sea fish fillet all have some salt in them. I won’t put salt in it. Friends with heavy flavors can add more!
