Bacon and Asparagus Rolls

Prepare the required ingredients

Pick off the old part of the asparagus, put a little salt in the pot, boil the asparagus and blanch it, remove it and immerse it in cold water quickly.

Cut the asparagus into lengths slightly longer than the width of the bacon

Tips:
1. Add oil when the asparagus is blanched to make the asparagus greener. Soak in ice water immediately after blanching, the taste will be more crisp and refreshing;
2. In addition to frying the finished bacon roll, you can also bake it in the oven or microwave
