Bacon slices are used for many purposes. They are always available in my refrigerator. No matter what you do, you can add them to make them more delicious. Small snacks and small stir-fry can be used. My son likes to eat mashed potatoes. The flavor of fried bacon slices is great ! "

Bacon and Cheese Baked Mashed Potatoes

1. Prepare the main materials

2. Peel and slice potatoes and steam them in a pot

3. Sliced bacon cut into small pieces

4. Put a small amount of butter in the pan, add bacon and fry until fragrant

5. Add the chopped onion and sauté until fragrant

6. Sprinkle some black pepper and stir-fry well and set aside

7. Press the steamed potatoes into a puree in a large bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper

9. Put the mixed mashed potatoes into a small baking bowl

10. Spread the remaining bacon slices on top

11. Spread another layer of cheese strips

12. Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for ten minutes. (If you don’t have an oven, you can switch to the softening of the cheese in the microwave)
