Bacon and Egg Fillet

Our bacon is frozen, first take it out and melt it, and also take out the Indian flying cake;

After the bacon has melted, heat up the pan, spread the bacon in the pan, and fry on both sides;

Put an egg in a bowl, add a little salt and pepper powder and stir well;

Heat the pan with fried bacon directly, put the flying cake in the pan, and turn it over;

After the cake bulges, use chopsticks to tear a small opening from one side;

Pour the beaten eggs into the cake, then fry the mouthful side up for a little longer, and when the eggs are almost solidified, turn them over;

After the eggs are cooked, they can be served;

Spread a little Haitian spicy watercress on top of the omelet, and then add the fried bacon to start.
