Bacon and Potato Braised Rice

Prepare the materials

Potatoes peeled and cut into small pieces

Wash the peas and drain; cut the bacon into small pieces
4.
Add some oil to the pot and stir-fry the washed rice for a while (personally like to fry it, you can cook it directly)

Then put it in a casserole, add some water and cook the rice on low heat
6.
Heat the wok and fry the potato pieces until slightly browned
7.
Add bacon and peas and stir well, adjust some salt
8.
When the rice in the pot is boiled until no water is visible, spread the potatoes, bacon and peas on top
9.
Close the lid and simmer for about 10 minutes.
