Bacon and Potato Braised Rice

Heat the pan, add a little oil, add the bacon and stir fry;

Stir-fry until the fat of the bacon becomes transparent and the surface is slightly charred, then add diced carrots and stir fry;

Stir fry a few times and then add diced potatoes to stir fry;

Add the cleaned rice and stir fry;

Add appropriate amount of salt and other seasonings;

Stir them evenly and put them in the rice cooker;
7.
Press the function of cooking rice and wait for the rice noodles to be cooked;

Add the chopped green onions to the cooked rice and mix well;

Put it into a bowl.
Tips:
1. Stir-fry bacon first, stir-fry the fatty meat until it is transparent, and the surface is slightly charred, so that the fatty meat is not greasy to eat;
2. Carrots need to be stir-fried with oil to facilitate the absorption of carotenoids. Stir-fry other ingredients and add salt to taste;
3. Finally, put the fried ingredients into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook the rice directly.
After cooking, add chopped shallots and mix well.
