Bacon and Potato Soup

Prepare the required ingredients

Peel and dice potatoes, dice onion, and chop bacon

Put the diced bacon in the pan without oil and stir fry

Stir-fry until the bacon is oily and becomes a bit hard and crunchy, and the color is deep red and ready to be out of the pan

Then add the onion and fry the aroma, then add the diced potatoes and continue to stir fry for a while

Pour in the water just before the potatoes and you can cook them on high heat

The boiled potatoes are warmed slightly and put in the blender

Add some water to make a potato paste

Tips:
When cooking, adjust the thickness of the soup properly. If it is too thick, add some water until the potato paste becomes smooth and thick. Keep stirring the soup to avoid sticking the pot.
