Bacon and Potato Soup

Peel the potatoes. Cut onions and potatoes into small pieces. Scallion white, chopped garlic

Add butter to the pan

After melting, add potatoes, onion, white onion and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes

Add the onion to the broth before it changes color. After it is boiled, continue to cook on medium heat for 20 minutes

Bacon cut into small pieces

Add a little olive oil to the pan to fry the bacon crispy

After the soup is cooked, use a hand blender to make a paste (or let it cool and use a blender to beat it). Add salt and black pepper and stir well. Put the soup in a bowl and serve with crispy bacon to complete
Tips:
The bacon itself has saltiness, so don’t add too much salt to the thick soup while it’s hot, it tastes better~
