Bacon Baked Potatoes

Put the peeled potatoes in a pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, and cook until they are seven or eighth ripe;

Cut the boiled potatoes into thin slices;

Put the potato chips into the bottom of the baking tray and sprinkle with crushed black pepper;
4.
Spread a layer of bacon slices;
5.
Sprinkle with potato slices and sprinkle with crushed black pepper; Repeat with bacon slices and layer with potato slices;
6.
Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese on the last potato chips;
7.
Put it in the preheated 180 degree oven, middle and lower level, about 20 minutes;

Bake the cheese surface until golden brown.
Tips:
1. The potatoes should be sliced first, and boiled until they are seven to eighth cooked. The cooking time depends on the size of the potatoes;
2. Put the sliced potatoes under the baking tray, sprinkle some black peppers, and then spread the bacon slices; repeat this for several layers;
3. Finally, sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, put it in the oven, and bake it until the surface is golden.
