My favorite baked rice in college, I go to eat with my roommates every week and make my own at home. I didn’t expect it to taste amazing, full of cheese, sweet and sour sauce, and delicious bacon. It’s awesome!

Bacon Baked Rice with Sicilian Tomato Sauce

1. Peel potatoes and carrots, prepare bacon

2. Diced potatoes and carrots

3. Bacon diced

4. After the water boils, add potatoes and carrots and cook for 5 minutes, remove and drain

5. Heat oil in the pan, add the bacon and fry it for a fragrant flavor

6. Pour in potatoes and carrots and stir fry evenly

7. Pour in rice, stir fry

8. Add salt and black pepper and stir well

9. Put it out and put it in a heat-resistant container

10. Squeeze the cheese pasta sauce and tomato sauce

11. Spread with shredded mozzarella cheese

12. Bake at 170 degrees for 10 minutes

Tips:

The cheese pasta sauce is used up, so make up some tomato sauce, or you can use all the tomato sauce;
The amount of cheese depends on personal preference, the more spread, the better the drawing;
The baking temperature depends on the oven. It is best if the cheese is melted and slightly browned. My temperature is low and there is no burnt, and the taste is the same.
