Bacon, Cauliflower and Tofu Soup

Ingredients: cherry jade tofu, bacon (cut), cauliflower (washed), water starch

Put the sakura jade tofu on the chopping board, cut, unpack, cut into slices, and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the washed cauliflower and the cut bacon and stir fry.

Afterwards, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil and cook until the cauliflower is cooked and soft.

Then, add the sliced cherry jade tofu, stir and boil.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Season to mix well.

Finally, add water starch.

Thicken, stir well, and serve.
