Stir-fried Pork Squash with Mushroom Sakura Jade Tofu

Ingredients: Sakura jade tofu, pugua (peeled, washed and sliced), fresh mushrooms (washed and sliced)

Put the sakura jade tofu on the chopping board, cut open to package, and cut open for later use.
