Bacon Claypot Rice

Wash the rice and soak for 1 hour to drain the water

The bacon sausage is scalded in boiling water and then drained and sliced

Put a few drops of oil in the boiling water in the pot, blanch the rapeseed, take it out and set aside

Wash and slice shiitake mushrooms for later use

Seasoned soy sauce made from seafood soy sauce, chicken noodles, Maggi umami sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and mineral water

Put the rice in a casserole, add boiling water and boil on high heat. The amount of water is the same as usual for cooking. When the water in the pot is dry, turn to a low heat

Open the lid and spread the bacon sausage and shiitake mushroom slices

Drizzle the salad oil from the edge, cover the pot and let the heat be low for 5 minutes, so that you can eat the delicious rice noodles

Turn off the heat and simmer for another 8 minutes, add vegetables, drizzle with seasoning soy sauce and mix well.
