Bacon Enoki Mushroom Roll

Cut the bacon into two pieces.

Cut off the tails of the enoki mushrooms and wash them with clean water.

Take an appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms and roll them into the bacon, and roll them as tight as possible. Finally, use a toothpick to fix the bacon's cuff.
