Bacon Enoki Mushroom Roll

Wash the enoki mushrooms first, tear them into equal parts, and cut off the roots.

Cut the bacon in half. According to the length, as long as it can cover the enoki mushroom, not too short or too long.

Secure with toothpicks. Spread olive oil, put the rolls in and start frying.

Remember to turn it on both sides when frying. The enoki mushrooms are almost juicy, and the bacon begins to shrink before it can be out of the pot.
