Bacon Enoki Mushroom Roll

There is an older part of the root of enoki mushroom, which must be cut off and then washed. The bacon is cut into two sections from the middle.

Roll the enoki mushrooms with bacon and fix them with toothpicks.

Add oil to the pan to heat up, add the bacon and enoki mushroom rolls and fry until the surface is golden, pour in the oil and water starch to collect the juice and leave the pan.

Just put some parsley and carrot shreds in the middle of the plate to garnish.
Tips:
1. Bacon itself contains salt, so there is no need to put salt. 2. Put as little oil as possible, the bacon will be oily when it is fried.
