Bacon Fried Rice

Prepare a bowl of corn grits and rice.

Cut the bacon into small pieces of 1 cm in size.

Wash and peel the corn, dice carrots, dice onions, and chopped green onions into small pieces.

After heating the pan, put the bacon meat in the pan and stir fry for a while.

Fry the bacon until it is slightly browned, add corn kernels, diced carrots and onions, turn to high heat and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add corn dregs and rice, and use a spatula to slightly press down on some lumpy parts and stir fry evenly.

Add chopped green onion and stir fry.

Add an appropriate amount of salt to taste. The bacon itself has a salty taste. Don't add too much salt.
