Bacon Golden Needle Roll
1.
Divide the bacon into two and take one slice and pave it flat.

Roll the enoki mushroom inside and insert it tightly with a toothpick.
3.
Spread a piece of tin foil on the baking tray.
4.
Place the rolled bacon rolls on top.
5.
Spread a layer of peanut oil.
6.
Sprinkle some salt and cumin powder evenly.
7.
Preheat the oven at 190 degrees.
8.
Bake in the middle layer of the baking tray for 20 minutes.

Tips:
Brush the oil several times while baking.
